The school year is back upon us again. School started for Owen on Wednesday and Maeve on Thursday. Both kids have great teacher and are really looking forward to a great year.

Owen’s Birthday sleepover party was a huge success, all that attended had a great time.

Next came the silly string fight, the last planned activity of the night, not like it stopped the kids from running, they kept on going, and going, and going.

Thanks to all, the kids I hope had a great time, as did we. Just not much sleep.
This is was great ride if maybe a bit last minute when I decided to go go for it. This ride was a challenge, when they say 50k difficult they meant it. Especially when they put the biggest hill at mile 35.
But me and the good ol’ ten speed made a great run of it. Next year I plan do do for the longer ride.

Sometimes I think we just forget about the basics. This is a really good simple reminder. 5, 6 and 7 are biggies we forget about often. And I liked the idea in 8. I think I’m going to try it myself today.
